After putting in initial inputs, it will generate a chart showing the growth over the number of years you selected. If you click on a year you can add additional one-time or recurring purchases, sales, or fees as well make adjustments to the annualized growth rate.
For example, if you wanted to model a 50% drop at year 5, you’d do a one-time input of -50% for that year.
