those are both ActivityPub features.
ATproto doesn't have much yet besides BlueSky. There's whitewind and frontpage, but that's it so far.
Furthermore, they only federate with themselves officially and since Fedi decided they wanted to harass the dev into adding the opt in crap that no other Fedi software has, so now the feature is pretty useless cause most people don't know about it.🤦♂️
