if you're a real nerd like me they have an rss feed that updates as soon as stuff is available
you'll notice all of the corresponding mac/ios betas in a wave/track usually drop at the same time
and you can see that they run multiple tracks in parallel: e.g. not too long ago they had the 17.6 beta build track live at the same time as the 18.0 beta track
