I use On the Border chips and put refried beans, cooked beefless ground (vegetarian, cooked with diced garlic in a pan for a few minutes with salt, taco seasoning) & on top melt cheddar, some kind of white cheese (tonight had pepper jack, and queso) all for like a minute or so in the microwave. Then, 2 avocados made into guac with 2 lemons, salt, spices etc. That goes on at the end, with chopped black olives, sour cream, and finally drizzled with Taco Bell mild sauce for wifey, and hot for me. 🔥
