So this is happening: the #birch sap is taking a walk on the #wild side of life.
- I harvested around 12 L of birch sap
- Thinking about sugar content in 1 L of birch sap (1 percent, so 1ml in volume, around 8g/L) and how much sugar I need to produce 1 degree of alcohol (18g/l), I decided to reduce my yield by a bit more than two in order to reach that number
- I kept around 1L of fresh sap for drinking as it is, and put some on the side for pitching the #wine.
