I still kinda can't believe there's a drug that prevents HIV transmission with 99% effectiveness and I didn't know about it until I was ready to date dudes.
I generally think of myself as a reasonably informed dude and I learned about it from *word of mouth*
No billboards, no TV spots, no web ads, no announcement from the president. Just some guy told me I should get it.
There really is no public health in the USA. It doesn't exist.
