I eat one meal a day, usually in the evening, plus 2-3 cups of buttered coffee in the morning.
I only shop the meat and dairy parts of the grocery store, and occasionally grab fresh vegetables to cook into a dish. I never go down any of the aisles. Most of that stuff is garbage.
