What I like about this is that it's a good Kind 01 default "trendlist", that each npub can adjust to show their favorite stuff. Add the (read-only) algo.utxo.one relay to your relay list and then adjust the settings by logging into the associated
https://algo.utxo.one website.
Anyone can then see what is trending, without client-vendor lock-in, and without being stuck seeing nothing but the same Big 10 npubs over and over, like the list has a stutter.
Algo.utxo.one basically solved this but clients aren't implementing it
