This is the second time I'm the city 1 week before all the big tech AI bros get to flatter each other with the leaders of big Imperialist nations. I hope my talk struck a chord with the policy people in the audience. I argue that the US and UK will never really regulate the core problem with tech because Big Tech are an extension of these countries' imperialism. Also this isn't a new idea from me. Others have made these observations since as early as free market capitalism.
