I must be going through a mid-life crisis because I’ve started doing “spring cleaning” to prepare for [not sure exactly].
I have a 2011 Mac mini Server, attached Drobo, and an intel MacBook Air I want to erase and decommission.
Is just reformatting and reinstalling the OS on the Macs sufficient to get rid of the data before donating or should I do something more severe?
Data consisted of mostly movies and photos but also some tax and other documents. I’m not a high-value target.
