I probably won't make any friends by saying this, but isn't imperfect masking still better than no masking? Telling people that if they take a sip of water on a flight they might as well not mask doesn't seem super helpful, especially given the harassment from anti-maskers too :|
I'm one of the only people I know who still masks. I'm not always 100% perfect about it. I don't think taking my mask off for 5 seconds to drink water indoors sometimes completely negates every precaution I take.
