Yeah my spreadsheet is a ledger really.
I enter credit card spends into it as they happen. Then when I pay off the credit card bill I know all that spending is accounted for.
When I first started with the spreadsheet I did consider entering the card bill payment instead of each individual use of the card, but decided that was a stupid idea.
I need the detail of individual payments in the sheet.
