ISPs can burn in a special place in hell.
A few months ago Comcast “upgraded” our Internet speeds “for free.” Then they increased our monthly bill randomly by $5/two months ago, and then today they billed us for TWICE what we were paying because a 12 month “promotion” ran out. I can go on their website and sign up for a NEW 12 month promotion at our old speed (pre-upgrade)… for $10 more than what it used to be! But if we want to keep our current speed, it’s like $20/mo more.
How is this legal?
