just when i think i have the faintest grasp of the researchy abstraction nature of plan9’s ‘everything is a file with a namespace’ thing, i discover that all of the functions i wrote in my lib/profile were automatically turned into individual files with their own namespace, in my env, which is also a file with its own namespace. 🤯
