🤣 I hear you. I remember the ads for smoking with supposed doctors advising that smoking was good for you.

I think everything in moderation is ok, except of course smoking!!!! Do Not smoke please!! About one third of the residents here who smoke cigarettes are on oxygen and can't stop! They are very slowly suffocating themselves. It's an awful death!
