读到象友谈中国的贫困人口既不能负担生孩子(教养)也不能负担不生孩子(养老)、同时这又被资本/国家所利用来维持源源不断的廉价劳动力 https://alive.bar/@SilverYang/111291342488987580 ，联想到刚读到的David Graeber的Fragments of an anarchist anthropology里的一段谈border/限制流动对于声称追求mobility/free market的资本主义的根本性作用：
Autonomist thinkers in Italy have, over the last couple decades, developed a theory of what they call revolutionary “exodus.” [...] The theory of exodus proposes that the most effective way of opposing capitalism and the liberal state is not through direct confrontation but by means of what Paolo Virno has called “engaged withdrawal,” mass defection by those wishing to create new forms of community. [...] One Autonomist historian, Yann Moulier Boutang, has even argued that the history of capitalism has been a series of attempts to solve the problem of worker mobility—hence the endless elaboration of institutions like indenture, slavery, coolie systems, contract workers, guest workers, innumerable forms of border control—since, if the system ever really came close to its own fantasy version of itself, in which workers were free to hire on and quit their work wherever and whenever they wanted, the entire system would collapse.

国内的户籍制度、全球的国籍制度都是维持这种“无法流动”让最大程度的剥削得以延续的手段(之一)。疯狂收割商品大规模“自由”流动的利润正是建立在管制人的流动上(什么样的人可以/不可以自由流动)——这个流动既是地域意义上的(e.g.户籍/国籍)，也是政治/经济意义上的(e.g.进入劳动力市场的驱动力)。
