Day 6 of fast. Everything normal. Only different thing I did today was dissolve 1tsp of salt in water and drank it because I’m tired of having people say you need salt. I’ve give 14 days without salt in the past no problem but fine. No calories in salt so I did the salt. Tomorrow go to the doctor to get full bloodwork done.
