My suggestion:
1) Write your spec up in the wiki.
2) Give it some short ID number as a title.
If your spec contains a new event or tag:
3) Fork the nip-event-register or nips wiki page.
4) Add your kind number or tag number, with a wiki-internal reference to your spec.
5) Send the other entries a merge request. They can contact you on Nostr, if they have questions, or they can edit your text during the merge. Or just ignore you.
Done. That's it. Enough paperwork bullshit. Go back to building.
