My take is that it’s way simpler. MSTR is doing what the German Inflation King did, but with Bitcoin instead of companies and land. Borrowing the shit out of fiat at way low rates for a long long term to buy Bitcoin and hold indefinitely. The future complicated part is the business model that is Bitcoin Bank-ish, and you don’t need to understand that for a looong time. The near term complexity doesn’t matter because that’s just to get the rate low and the term long. The value proposition is the easy part to understand.
