There may not be a huge advantage in that point specifically, even nostr devs are considering using their own token instead of sats within their client (surprisingly)
If I extrapolate out into the future, I don’t like the idea of having to deposit money into my game/app/service to retrieve credits
That just leaves dead money in pockets everywhere
I much prefer the NIP60 approach by PABLOF7z (nprofile…srrg) where you can have a “services wallet” that has an amount accessible immediately upon logging in
