Unfortunately, I don't see how NIP-96 fixes it either. Because if you NIP-96 to multiple servers, and thus get multiple download URLs, you end up with different NIP-94 events...
Maybe if a NIP-94 event could refer to multiple URLs - would that be an option?
But even then - adding an 11th server, post factum, after the first 10, would still change the NIP-94 event ID, so all notes pointing to the event referring to 10 servers would not point to the 11th. Right?
