It should be called 32 hour work week...
The issue I have with this is how this doesn't work for stores where staff needs to be present certain hours and you can't shrink work time and increase productivity in that time. Unless you hire more people and that's where it all ends. It's not like office workers who just process 100 docs instead of just 80 and then still go home early. Floor staff in stores can't just do "more" and go home early.
