I think Joe Biden is a decent human being and I’m sure today has been very difficult for him. I hope he can find solace. I don’t know if it was the right choice; we probably will never know.
What saddens me the most is that there seem to be better-than-even odds that America will voluntarily (though not without shenanigans and fingers on the scale) give up its republic for someone who would be unbelievable even as a comic book villain. I don’t know what to do.
