#ADHD #LifeHack #452: Throw in the Towels
1) When you buy a set of towels, buy one extra towel that is a very different color. Maybe even a color you don't like that much.
2) When you wash your towels, fold them and put them away so that the differently colored towel is on the bottom of the stack.
3) As you progress through the next week or two, when you go to grab a towel and the only one left is the obnoxiously colored towel, that is your reminder to throw in a load of towels NOW so that your next shower doesn't leave you without one.
