There's a reason we don't have DVMs for search (for example). But we just talk to relays directly.
Many of the DVMs are just more complex search: feeds that meet some critetria, Vertex (npub1kpt…nhmz) -like services, ...
For those I agree with mleku (npub1fjq…leku) on them just being better as modules on relays.
The others are LLMs or Stable-Diffusion stuff and Chat is a better (and more private) starting off point for that whole UX. Not the end point necessarily, as Chat has obvious limits for that stuff. But this sending back and forth of super-general (and often public) events, is dumb.
