So, most people nowadays just overbreath. Why, Because stress influence breathing. When stress arrives we tend to breath more, in volume and repetitions.
Most people have no bility to recover from stress, living the breathing with disfuntional patterns. So what we normaly teach people is to regulate theyier patterns.
Pls, check your breathing. Count the number of breaths you do during 30 sec. In and Out is one breath.

Normally we change the breathing when we think about it , so , dring this 30sec pls dont change anything just let it be as it is.

The you multiply those breath, that you counted during 30sec, and multiply by 2. This will give you the number of breaths per minute.

If you do more than 15 / 20 breaths, understand that i do that when i am running. And i runn breathing only trhought the nose...

That is hyperventilation. Being at rest and breath so much, 15/20 rbeaths, is just bad.

Why is bad, because we oxygenate our brain, tissues, muscles trought breathing. I will not talk about the mechanic aspect, but overbrething will damage the spine, neck, teths, digestion and then health will decline overtime.

Pls try to keep breathing trought the nose, during the day/night and exercise. Keep it 4 /5 sec in and 5/7 sec out, depending on your capabilities. Be aware that breathing can be for 5 / 7 but still overbreathing. Volume is really important to manage. try to hide the breath from the person that is by your side, you should not fell or listen to your own breath.

That is much more to this, but this is the super simple basics,. Any questions just tell me :)
