This week I’m in Weimar, a city rich in history, culture, art and design.
Apart from Goethe and Schiller, the City is most known for being the founding place of Germany's first democratic republic (which experienced hyperinflation in 1923), as well as being a central place to shape modern design through Bauhaus.
One of Bauhaus core principles is:
"Form follows function" which was added by "Freedom follows Code." on today’s sign.
