I'm usa, michigan to be exact.
From what I understand here is that places call you into court for asset and wage garnishment usually for anything $5k +.
(None of the things I own are just in my name either so they cant be taken to pay my debts without being theft of another person's property and im 1099 working via doordash, childsupportcant even garnishmy wages)
If I stop paying, I save 400/mo and I can afford food and to stack bitcoin again...
Just trying to get opinions on the matter. Any lawyers here on nostr? Lol
