The religions of old were erased. Now, the Ministry tries to force a deadly, fake religion upon people. Private beliefs remain. A radical religion festers.
So, yes, I’d say there are conflicts.
Those conflicts grow worse as the series progresses & the radical religious group based, in large part, on wealth, rises.
In the face of all that, my main characters seek clarity…
