You can already accomplish that by doing a vanity search for:
"qqqq" (up to the POW target)

vanity target
But fyi, a vanity search beyond ~7 chars starts getting very hard. So if your target POW zeros equate to an npub that starts with, say, "qqqqqq" and you want "ngu" at the end of that, that's a 9-char search. That's probably... months(?) of searching!
