Compost IS NOT soil.
It does not contain the vast number of minerals in the soil that the plants need to survive.
The compost that we create mimics the topsoil, it is an amendment that helps the plants get nutrients. And it is certainly not what you call "dirt".
The compost has to be mixed with the soil, microbiology is your helper that will do the work for you.
