Why didn't the Doctor help Sarah Jane out? Why did he let Torchwood deal with the aliens in Children of Earth in what was a hugely traumatic situation. Why didn't a load of Doctors arrive to sort the Master out when he was ruling over the entire Earth for a year. There's always been Doctors out there - so having more doesn't change it.",
