Exchange -> BitKey, get some practice and learn -> proper airgapped cold storage -> one of: [roll your own multisig] or [whiteglove multisig services like Casa] depending on how technical you became in step 3.
going right from an exchange to, say, coldcard + sparrow is a big leap for a noob
