Everything requires maintenance, adjustment, and care. It's a brand new home, so it's expected. Things settle. All the little imperfections slowly show themselves. I've adjusted the doors, shimmed window frames, and rehung the garage door opener. Some of the siding trim has needed to be removed, recut, and put back. We had the house built for the cost of a double wide. No complaints.
