A single chan with us should get you to 99% of the network, but liquidity is a two way street. If the receiving node isn’t well connected it can still be difficult to reach it even w the best node.
That being said the screenshot at top of the thread appears to be a sync issue. Happy to help troubleshoot. just shoot us a DM
