Twice for vehicle service (both tire related, came quickly and were very helpful) and we have home insurance from them - and they were remarkably easy to deal with when we had a serious issue (standing water in our crawl space due to a plumbing contractor who had poorly being an understatement installed the plumbing to our backyard. AAA was easy to deal with, paid quickly the full claim)",
