#Fedora question: some packages get major updates only on major Fedora releases, like GNOME for example. Other packages go through major updates within a Fedora release, examples: kernel, mesa, qemu (I think I once saw this do a major version bump outside of a major fedora release upgrade).. Where is this policy and the set of packages in each group written down?
