I’m no lawyer but if Trump is absolutely immunized from his conversations with DoJ because that’s under an official act, wouldn’t Biden be absolutely immunized from calling DoJ and ordering them to seize all of Justice Thomas’ assets using civil forfeiture because he thinks he’s corrupt? Or even just to frieze all those assets?
Seriously, this seems like a really dumb potential self-own.
