It defintely can be.
Would not be uber-complicated to build in the ability to publish FCStd files on Nostr, like Zapstore (npub10r8…t2p8) does for APK's.
Same for STL's for your 3D-print app idea.
I bet Vitor Pamplona (npub1gcx…nj5z) would even find a way to render them in Amethyst lol 😜
