If I needed to rely on the pathetic crutch of calling out fallacies then I would point out that your argument is the no true Scottsman fallacy.
But instead of playing stupid games, why don't you just admit that some teachers are horrible nutcases? Sometimes parents need to be involved in order to ensure their teachers are doing a good job.
