But I still think specific, small-scale, task-oriented AI will be the long-term value of these systems.
Chatbots are a novelty, and I use ChatGPT and Gemini daily, but I don’t see Google having a “Gemini” app in five years, it will just be part of all the things you do on your device.
I still haven’t figured out OpenAI’s business model, unless you count “burning VC money by the heat of a million GPUs” a strategy.
