totally agree. I've always seen 'Green' as a progressive package of environmental and social justice issues, and that's why I've generally supported them. It was like that even back in the days when we could vote for the Values party (showing my age there, but they were my first vote in the general election in the 1970s). A party that just focuses on the environment might appeal to some people, but would would take some votes from the Greens and be too small to make any difference.
