Yes, me.
I have lovely, supportive people around me, but I am, let's say, unconventional. It's not always easy for others to estimate whether something I am doing is leading me to happiness and health or throwing me into the abyss. It's often the opposite of what most expect and can look nearly identical. So, I have to rely on my own encouragement to do the quirky things I adore.
