If you get legitimately offended when someone boosts their own posts, I think you'll have a really bad time with the Fediverse, unfortunately. But maybe that's just me?🤔
There's not been a time on Fedi where I haven't had a few people that I follow boost their own posts every now and then.
Sometimes, people post when nobody's online. Is it bad for wanting people to see your post? Isn't that why we're here? To share stuff with others?
If I was posting for myself, I'd just keep a journal...🤷♂️
