locking would be a nice safety mechanism esp if the transport isn't super locked down.
Unlike invoices I guess there'd need to be some kind of redeemer daemon that watches for new tokens and does the api call per token.
In this hypothetical, we'd add the pubkey and redeemerd address to the value block.
