People don't always want to be a part of the moderation process. Matter of fact, I'd say most don't.
Therefore, people will just block and mute, and if it keeps happening, they'll leave.
If user reports continue to be the only way for moderation to happen, Fedi fails.
I've been beating this drum for almost a year and it really feels like it's never going to get fixed, unfortunately.😔
