Pixelfed Live is quite a "heavy" feature, it requires a lot of resources and so I will allow admins to set a min follower limit for this

When you think about it, you as a user, probably only want to get notified if they have 1K or more followers for example

Users will be able to disable Pixelfed Live push notifications, or limit them to specific accounts

That being said, it's going to be quite the iconic feature, and non-Pixelfed users will be able to view and react/comment on Live streams 😎
