Today, we have treatments that lower the viral load to undetectable levels.
Undetectable = Untransmissible.
And yet, due to completely arbitrary systems in our society that perpetuates stigma and inequality, people are still dying of HIV/AIDS.
It is a failure of our government at every level that prevention and treatment is not widely available to everyone who needs and/or wants it.
