Using GPT chat to solve real world problems, is a great indication that someone doesn't know what they are doing. (I've run into a few recently IRL)
Reading stackoverflow is still more useful (and better than that is knowing the problem domain yourself), and I don't see the training data improving enough to change that reality.
NN technology in general, is stuck in the realm of digitizing analog input, doing the reverse, and providing low integrity queries against the training data.
