Really thinking about whether to disclose or not to disclose the fact that I'm autistic at an upcoming interview. Anyone has any experiences in doing this (positive or negative)?
I may need accommodations, and I also don't want to work at a place that's just going to fire me when they figure out that I'm "somehow different". I can't keep going through that - I'd rather just stay unemployed than deal with that stress again.
